  I purchased my Ford Focus titanium from Dominelli Ford mid January 2015. My father & I were "window shopping" and after a long day visiting all the car dealerships, Dominelli Ford caught our eye.But Not only was it Ford, (for me the focus & for dad the wildtrack) in general we were interested in after seeing all the other dealerships, however It was the warm welcome and instant customer service that sold us buying our two new cars that afternoon from Dominelli.Mind you it was just short of 15mins to closing time. However you wouldnt have thought any different with Adam & his staff! Not to mention, Dad & I were there 4hrs before a deal was even discussed and a document was even signed.My Ford Focus titanium arrived no more then two weeks later the 22nd January, she was ahead of schedule and the date she was due (27th January)From the second dad & I walked into Dominelli and meet Adam, we were instantly treated with friendly professional service. Adam Dominelli & his staff at Kirrawee Ford have been so helpful. During the process, whilst waiting for my focus and after purchase!All my phone calls, emails & enquiries have been answered or returned promptly. No issue has been to big or small, No time of day, or day off, weekend or after hours concern, Adam & his team were there to answer my concerns and to take time to deal with me. if for any reason Adam hasnt been able to address any enquiry he has referred us. Example: dad wanted tvs in the back head rest of his wildtrack. And Even after I purchased my ford, I wanted someone to further show me how to use my Ford Focus features & SYNC/SATNAV. Which this weekend I went back to Dominelli and had a friendly staff take time to teach me and answer all my enquiries. Because To Adam & his staff, it was no dramas! It was not another sale and a closed door were we forgotten about.I will defiantly be a returning customer in the future and would refer friends, family and any body to purchase a car with Dominelli Ford.

• Review of "Southern Stairs" at Kirrawee

  I used this company for a stair case in a renovation. Please do NOT use them. I should have known at the design stage when they couldnt even design the stairs properly, they went through a water pipe, accepted responsibility for it, then turned around and said they wouldnt pay, didnt have the decency to call me to discuss just sent demanding texts for money. to top it all off, the design ended up being wrong and costing me over $1000 in builders variations to build the supporting wall. One of the worst companies to deal with.
